BOOKING POLICY

• You will need a name, telephone number, email address, and valid credit card to reserve a bay. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment for booking is required before or after your scheduled reservation.

 

• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• No show bookings will be fully charged the initial booking amount.

 

• Please bring indoor shoes when using our bays to keep the simulators clean.

 

• Our bays are priced by the hour, not by the person. (ie. 4 people playing 18 holes, generally takes 4 hours).

• Bunker in the Bend adheres by a 24 hour cancellation policy. Anytime prior to 24 hours before your tee time, you may cancel or change your booking through our website, phone call, or email us at bunkerinthebend@gmail.com.

• Please remember that bay time ends 5 minutes prior to the end of your booked time so that we can properly clean the bay and allow the next group to start on time. Please ensure you're managing your pace of play accordingly.

• Please bring your own clubs if possible, rentals are available on a "first come, first serve" basis.
